Userled now supports multiple brands within a single organisation. You can manage every brand your team works with from one workspace — each with its own logo, colours, fonts, and identity — while sharing templates, media, and CRM integrations across all of them.
Multi-brand is available as an add-on. Reach out to your CSM to add it to your plan.
Only Admins can create, edit, and archive brands. Members can see and use brands when creating templates and campaigns, but cannot change brand settings.
1. Go to Brand Library in the left sidebar
2. Click Add brand
3. Enter the domain for the brand (e.g. afterpay.com)
4. Userled will automatically extract the brand's logo, colours, and fonts from the domain
5. Review the extracted assets and adjust anything that needs correcting
6. Click Save
If the extraction doesn't pick up everything correctly, you can manually edit any brand field after saving.
Every template is tied to one brand, which ensures the right assets are applied automatically.
Creating a new template:
1. Click Create template
2. Select a brand for the template — if your org has only one brand, it will be pre-selected
3. Continue into the editor
Duplicating a template for another brand:
1. Go to your Template Library
2. Find the template you want to reuse
3. Click Duplicate template
4. Select the brand for the duplicate
The duplicate keeps the same structure and content, but brand assets resolve from the newly assigned brand. The active brand is always displayed inside the editor so you know which brand you're working in.
1. Go to your Template Library
2. Click the Brand filter at the top
3. Select a brand to show only templates associated with it
1. Click Create campaign
2. Select the brand for the campaign
3. When adding templates, you'll see only templates tied to that brand
Media assets can be assigned to a specific brand or kept shared across your whole organisation.
- To assign media to a brand, move it into that brand from the Media Library
- Unassigned media is shared and available across all brands
This lets you keep brand-specific assets (logos, brand imagery) separated while making common assets (stock photos, icons) available everywhere.
If you no longer need a brand, archive it rather than delete it — your existing content stays intact.
1. Go to Brand Library
2. Find the brand you want to archive
3. Click the options menu and select Archive
When a brand is archived:
- It can no longer be selected for new templates or campaigns
- Existing templates tied to that brand are hidden from the library but not deleted
- Any published assets remain live and continue to work
- The archived brand still appears as a filter option in the template library, marked as archived
Can I move a template from one brand to another?
Not directly. Duplicate the template and assign the copy to the new brand.
What happens to templates I created before multi-brand was enabled?
They're automatically assigned to your organisation's primary brand. No action needed.
Can members create brands?
No. Only Admins can create, edit, and archive brands.
How many brands can I add?
This depends on your plan. Reach out to your CSM if you need to increase the limit.
