You can now configure more than one custom subdomain per organisation, and choose which one to publish each asset or tracked link to at publish time.
If multi-brand is not enabled for your organisation, you'll continue to be limited to a single custom subdomain. Speak to your CSM if you'd like multi-brand turned on.
The subdomain your assets and tracked links are published under depends on how many custom subdomains your organisation has configured:
No custom subdomain configured — all assets and tracked links are published under the default Userled subdomain app.userled.io).
One custom subdomain configured — all assets and tracked links are published under that custom subdomain.
More than one custom subdomain configured — you'll be prompted to choose which configured subdomain to publish to in the publish menu.
Org admins can associate a custom subdomain with a specific brand from the Brand UI Kit. When a brand has a default subdomain set, that subdomain is clearly marked as the Brand default in the publish campaign asset select menu, making it easy to publish to the right domain for each brand.
1. Navigate to the Integrations page in your Userled dashboard
2. Add a new custom subdomain
3. A modal will appear with the DNS records you need to configure
4. Copy the DNS records into your DNS registrar (e.g. GoDaddy, Cloudflare, Namecheap) to point the subdomain at Userled
5. Once the records are in place, the subdomain status will move from Verifying to Enabled
Note: DNS configuration now happens entirely outside of Userled. We've removed the in-app Entri flow, so you'll need to add the DNS records to your registrar yourself. If you're not sure where to add them, ask whoever manages your domain (often IT or the person who originally bought the domain).
Verifying — Userled is checking that the DNS records have propagated. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to a few hours depending on your registrar.
Enabled — the subdomain is live and available to publish to.
